A Theatre Trip for Every 5 Year Old Child in Lewisham Initiative
Today the Albany launched it’s fantastic campaign ‘A Theatre Trip for Every Child’
This is a fantastic opportunity for every 5 year old within the Borough of Lewisham to experience the theatre. Early experience of theatre and arts can have such a positive affect on young lives. It is often an experience that remains with them forever. This campaign raises funds to enable children within Lewisham to have this marvelous experience.
Jude Law, who grew up in Lewisham is the patron of this new scheme, and it is exciting to have such a reknown British actor on board to help share the magic of theatre and inspire them.
A big thanks goes to Gavin Barlow, who has continued to direct the Albany from strength to strength on the wonderful initiative.
